Explore the Neighborhoods

Every neighborhood has its own character. Here is what makes Pahrump and Las Vegas communities unique — from a local who knows them firsthand.

Pahrump

A Desert Community with Room to Breathe

Pahrump is a community of about 45,000 people in Nye County, roughly 60 miles west of Las Vegas. Since moving here in 2002, I have watched it grow from a quiet desert outpost into a thriving community that still retains its small-town character.

Home prices range from $300K to $800K, with options from starter homes to large acreage properties. Many lots are measured in acres rather than square feet, giving homeowners the space and privacy that is hard to find in larger cities.
